I have tasks of 2700 CE of Mahindra and Mahindra to ₹ 85.45. What is your goal for this call? – Pratik Bajaj
Mahindra and Mahindra (₹ 2,580.35): The stock of Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) has been in a aerosol in early February. He fell out of resistance to ₹ 3,250. Last week, he opened with a gap down and reached a minimum of 11 months of ₹ 2,425 on Monday.
However, he recovered during the week and closed to ₹ 2,580.35 on Friday. While the recovery was acute, he could not gain beyond resistance to ₹ 2,700. Only such rest can change the short -term perspective positive.
A rupture of ₹ 2,700 can raise shares to ₹ 2,840 quickly. A violation of this can lead to ₹ 3,000.
However, if the action resumes the decrease in the back of the supply zone between ₹ 2,580 and ₹ 2,700, it can extend the bearish trend beyond the recent minimum. Notable support can be found in ₹ 2,250.
Then, the movement of next week, that is, how the stock reacts to the resistance that is coming with the key.
If M&M shares are recovered to ₹ 2,800 and ₹ 2,840 before the end of this week, the 2700 calls premium can increase to approximately ₹ 110 and ₹ 150 respectively.
Our suggestion would be to leave if the price recovers to ₹ 110 from the decomposition of time will accelerate as we approach the expiration date of the option that is April 24. But if the action does not join in the first half of this week or if it begins to show signs of resumption in the lower trend, we recommend liquidating the position.
I bought Nifty Bank 50000-PUT or April Experty for ₹ 765. Should I maintain or leave? – Verma
Nifty Bank (51,002.35): The index after opening with a gap last Monday, recovered during the week. However, there is resistance ahead at 51,700 and 52,000. But these resistance levels can only lead to a corrective drop according to the prevailing price action. Such immersion can drag the index to 50,000 and not beyond that. Then, place a stop-to ₹ 300 and keep the exchange. But it goes to the predominant premium when the index is submerged at 50,200.
