Our security establishment deserves all praise for having brought India to India the Hussain Rana (or Pakistani origin) based in the United States to face the trial in India for its participation in the attack of 26/11 against Mumbai 17 years ago.

This is a success whose meaning can hardly be exaggerated, if a nature of a lot of terrorism in our times and the demanding proof standards that the modern extradition law demands when a terrorist throws the country of his action.

The terrorist as we now know is ruthless. Its only objective is to cause maximum unimportant destruction of the number of victims. Remember that in the bombay explosion inspired by Bombay by Dawood Ibrahim there were 257 deaths.

In incidents 11/26, up to 174 people were killed. It is incomprehensible how a few in our country are not yet moved and beg the restoration of ties with Pakistan that has promoted these attacks or who still give refuge to those who had conspired to attack our citizens. Terrorism has state support that makes the identification of all participants an extremely arduous task.

This distinctive characteristic of terrorism is the nightmare of the researcher more knowledge and entrepreneur.

Such obstacles to researchers make us feel that modern law has been designed in such a way that it protects the breakwater instead of deter. Those who shout on human rights violations due to the attire of the law seem more sensitive to those who violate the law than with victims of violence. This is the backdrop of which we must analyze the frog case and what awaits us in the future.

NIA’s success

Terrorism management is beyond the ability of the average police. This is the reason why many countries have opted for specifically specialized formations. Until Nia formed in 2009, India had been handling terror in a traditional police style. Many reais in the public administration, including me, were skeptical about the need for a separate horror research agency outside the CBI. Our chewing proved to be incorrect with the child registering many notable successes, the last is frog extradition. The organization has become a professional, something that we should be proud or.

The success of any crime investigation agency depends almost completely on the quality and dedication of their staff, and their morals. The child has been selective in the choice of its staff, aware of the need for personnel diversity and guaranteeing a high state of morals. This is well affirmed for the future of our terror.

Terrorist research is complex due to the insidious nature of attacks. Althegh we have testimony of many lone wolf attacks in the adjustments recently, the terrorist operates mainly in a group.

The latter extends widely on the ground and is clinically constituted, since each member is assigned a separate task. This is the reason why one is not sure that investigations, however, can be able to identify all actors.

Naturally, many terrorists hide when they are under the pressure of the application of the law and the surface again when an opportunity arises. This is a real danger that Indian anti -terrorist attire will continue continuously in the future. It is this hard reality that will always keep them alert.

It is a matter of pride that La Mancha 2008 has not been a great terrorist attack in India. This is a tribute to the state of alert of our police officers and our intelligence agencies. It is unnecessary to say that there is no place for complacency. The imperative of nearby ties with foreign intelligence outfits is also critical, as established by the Rana case.
