Hero MotoCorp halts production at 4 plants to navigate supply alignment

Hero Motocorp said Thursday that it will suspend production in four of its plants from April 17 to 19 to carry out the short -term supply alignment.

The company will use the period to carry out maintenance activities in the facilities.

“We would like to inform you that the production will stop temporarily from April 17 to 19, 2025, in four of our manufacturing plants, Dharhhera, Gurugram, Haridwar and Nakerana, while we navigate for an alignment of short -term supplies, said the country’s socks.

Duration This planned pause, the company is taking the opportunity to carry out maintenance, maintenance and facilities improvements to further strengthen operations, he added.

Production will resume on April 21, 2025, said the company.

“Our Trupati and Halol plants will continually operate the duration this time,” he said.

The production break will not affect the company’s capacity to meet retail demand in national and international markets, said Hero Motocorp.

Any production postponement will be recovered efficiently in the following month, he added.

Hero Motocorp sold around 54 Lakh units last year to retain the upper slot in the two -wheeled domestic segment.

The combined annual production capacity of Hero Motocorp is currently around nine million units.

The company’s shares quoted 2.46 percent to ₹ 3,689.35 each in BSE.
