The Posts Department (DOP), under the Tamil Nadal Circle, has participated in an association with Annachy, the Electronic Commerce platform of the Super Saravana stores, an outstanding retail chain based in Chennai, to improve the services of delivery of Indian acros packages.
This collaboration is specifically designed to improve last mile connectivity, with an approach in rural and remote areas, where the postal network remains the most reliable delivery channel, according to a statement.
The fixed Post Indian network or 1,64,987 Post Offices throughout the country continue to play a crucial role in the Digital Division bridge and the growth of inclusive electronic commerce.
Currently, 10,872 plots ordered through the Annachy application have been successfully delivered through the postal service in Tamil Nadu and other states.
India post sacrifices a wide range of client -centered solutions specifically designed for electronic commerce companies. These include credit facilities, volume -based discounts, API collection and integration services for end -to -end consignment monitoring.
