The Indian economy will be larger than Germany and Japan in the next three years, and could also become the second largest economy by 2047, Nitiog Aayog BVR Subrahmanyam CEO said Thursday.

When heading to an event here, Subrahmanyam said that India can become an educational center for the world as the greatest advantage it has, leaving aside all other things, it is its democracy.

“Currently, the Indian economy is the largest fifth in the world. At the end of next year, we will be the fourth largest year.

The compliance with the latest IMF data, size or economy of India is currently $ 4.3 billion.

“We will be larger than Germany and Japan in three years. By 2047, we could be the second largest economy ($ 30 billion),” he added.

Subrahmanyam urged Indian colleagues, including law firms and accounting signatures to aspire to become world leaders.

Niti Aayog CEO said the problems facing average income countries are very different from those of a low -income country.

“It’s not about feeding the poor or, you know, dress the nudes. It’s about how it becomes a knowledge economy,” he said.

Subrahmanyam said the world has never seen a situation in which the population will shrink.

According to him, Japan is taking 15,000 Indian nurses, Germany is taking 20,000 health workers, since they have no people, and family systems have broken there.

“India will be a stable supplier of working people worldwide … this will be our greatest strength,” he said.
