The Giant Infosys on Thursday, April 17, announced a final dividend of RS 22 by capital action for the financial year that ended on March 31, 2025, according to a dissemination of the stock market.
The company has also shared its financial results for the fourth and last quarter ended on March 31, 2025.
“He recommended a final dividend or ₹ 22/- per capital action for the financial year that ended on March 31, 2025,” said the company in a regulatory presentation.
“The date of registration for the purpose of the annual general meeting and the payment of the final dividend is May 30, 2025. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2025,” he added.

It Infosys reported an interannual decrease of 12 % in net profits at RS 7,033 million rupees for the quarter of January-March of 2025, missing estimates. The income for the quarter reached 37,923 million rupees, only 1.3 percent year -on -year, reflecting the demand off in the key markets.
