Macrotech acquires 10 land parcels in FY25 for ₹24,000-cr housing projects

The real estate firm of the Macrotech developers acquired 10 land plots the last fiscal year to develop housing projects with a total sales value of almost ₹ 24,000 million rupees, such as the experience to expand businesses in the middle of a strong demand.

Entity Macrotech Developers, which sells properties under the Lodha brand, given a guide for 2024-25 that would acquire land plots that have an income potential of ₹ 21,000 million rupees.

To expand its business, the company acquires land plots directly and form associations with countries owners to develop housing projects.

In their latest operational update, Macrotech developers said they have acquired two new land plots in Pune with GDV (gross development value) or ₹ 4,300 million rupees.

In other key operational metrics, Macrotech developers reported a 14 percent increase in sales reserves to a record of ₹ 4,810 million rupees in the fourth quarter of the last prosecutor.

Its sales reserves were located at ₹ 4,230 million rupees in the previous year.

Macrotech developer sales reserves grew by 21 percent of the last tax on a record of ₹ 17,630 million rupees of ₹ 14,520 million rupees in 2023-24 financial year.

Macrotech Developers is one of the main real estate developers in the country.

It has a significant presence in the real estate markets of MMR, Pune and Bengaluru. Residential Development of Besids, the company is building industrial and logistics parks in the main cities. It also builds office and retail real estate spaces.

Macrotech developers led by Abhishek Lodha are currently dedicated to a legal battle with House of Abhinandan Lodha, a company formed by their younger brother, about the use of the ‘Lodha’ brand.
