As medium -level companies take full advantage of the changing landscape in the IT service industry, employee revenues or such companies have grown faster than that of larger players. The data obtained from the Research firm Asearthinsign showed that medium -level IT companies such as LTI Mindree, Monico and Systems Persistent, have increased percent of income, 8.5 percent and 15.2 respectively. In comparison, the higher level companies grew the metric in the range of 1.8-6.2 percent in fiscal year 2015. Analysts attribute the best productivity ratio of employees in medium-level companies to their focus on productized solutions and IP. This provides companies with the ability to deliver digital transformation projects with greater value agreements and income realization rates, they add.
