M&M acquires 58.96% stake in SML Isuzu for ₹555 crore

In a movement aimed at strengthening trucks and bus segment, the Indian car manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra will acquire a 58.96 percent participation in SML ISUZU for ₹ 555 million rupees.

M&M will acquire all participation or 43.96 percent of the Corporation Sumitomo, promoter of SML, and separately will also acquire a 15 percent participation in the possession of Isuzu Motors Ltd.
