Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund buys additional shares of Coforge worth ₹231 crore

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MF) on Thursday, additional actions of the Ti Coforge firm worth ₹ 231 million rupees through an open market transaction.

According to the data according to bulk available in the NSE, Motilal Oswal MF bought 3.5 Lakh shares or a 0.52 percent participation in Coforge based in Greater Noida.

The shares were acquired at an average price of ₹ 6,605.13 each, carrying the value of the transaction to ₹ 231.18 million rupees.

After the last transaction, the capital participation of Motilal Oswal MF in Coforge increased to 8.58 percent of 8.06 percent.

The details of the sellers of Coforge’s actions could not be determined in the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The Coforge scripted on Thursday rose 3.78 percent to close at RS 6,650 per piece in the NSE.

On Thursday, Coforge said that its total subsidiary Coforge Technologies Australia has completed the acquisition of TMLABs of its shareholders in accordance with the Sales Sale Agreement.
