The state firm of the MTNL telecommunications firm has breached the bank loans worth ₹ 8,346.24 million rupees of seven public sector banks, the company declared in a regulatory presentation.
The total debt obligations of the telecommunications company of the public loss sector reached ₹ 33,568 million rupees as of March 31, 2025, according to the presentation of April 19.
The total breach of the loan includes ₹ 3,633.42 million debt rapid State Bank of Indi payment.
Failure to pay loans has occurred between August 2024 and February 2025.
The total debt of the company includes ₹ 8,346 million rupees, ₹ 24,071 million rupees sovereign guarantee (SG) and loan or 1,151 million rupees of the Telecom Department (DOT) to pay the interests of the SG bonds, according to the filling.
