Poonowalla Fincorp Limited has approved the issuance of non -convertible dentures (NCDS) worth ₹ 1,875 million rupees through private placement, as revealed in a regulatory presentation on April 15, 2025.
The company informed the exchanges of values that its finance committee authorized the ICD issuance, redeemables, qualified and quoted with a nominal value of ₹ 1.00,000 each.
The NCD broadcast will be structured in two series: the PFL NCD ‘A1’ series worth 1,160 million rupees and the PFL NCD ‘A2’ series valued at ₹ 215 million rupees, with an additional green shoe option of ₹ 500 million rupees. The company plans to list these obligations in the Limited EEB.
According to the presentation, the obligations will be assured by a first -range PARI Passu position on mortgage properties, providing the required safety coverage until the reimbursement date. The company also has specific that, in case of delays in payments that exceed three months, would pay an additional coupon or 2 percent above the applicable rate until the breach is resolved.
The NCDS will be issued dematerialized for eligible investors through private placement. It was mentioned that the specific details about the tenor, the coupon rates and the payment schedules are greed in the key information document referred to in the presentation.
