How much financing has collected to date?
We are currently raising our third fund of ₹ 500 million rupees.
We have invested in more than 50 new companies in three funds, focusing on technological companies in early stages that exhibit inclusive innovation and cross -border scalability. We intend to support new companies in India and abroad that are at the intersection of business AI, SAAS, health technology, consumer technology, climate technology and digital infrastructure.
What is the strength of your current portfolio?
We have more than 50 technological behaviors, new high growth companies that cover consumption brands, SAAS, Health-Tech, Enterprise AI and digital infrastructure.
More than 60 percent of companies are led by technological founding women. In addition, we have established global acceleration programs, supporting more than 350 entrepreneurs only in the last 12 months.
How many funds have you implemented so far?
We are currently implementing in Fund III and so far we have invested in 10 companies of high potential. While deliberately participates in some monitoring rounds, where we can provide a disproportionate strategic value, the fund approach is still in the initial stage agreements.
What is your investment thesis?
Our investment thesis focuses on supporting the bold and visionary founders who build business enabled for technology, scalable and sustainable. A central component of our strategy is to support inclusive and diverse innovation, with a long -term vision of high -impact sectors. We support companies that address urgent global problems.
What is the time horizon for your investments?
We follow an investment horizon of 4-7 years, maintaining actively involved through early growth, extension phases and strategic inflection points.
Beyond capital, we invest resources in coaching, community, tutoring and access to the market, to facilitate successful exits.
What is the average verification size it implements?
Our investment check generally varies from $ 250,000 to $ 2 million, depending on the stage, the sector and the scale of the opportunity. We have also created a dedicated capital allocation for investments in early stages led by accelerators, which offer flexible ticket sizes to accelerate promising companies in their training phases.
What type or exit do you prefer?
We have several successful, complete and partial exits, even unicorns such as Licous and Uniphore. Some of our portfolio companies have been published or are doing it.
Our preferred exit routes include strategic acquisitions, secondary exits and public listings that pronounced value for founders and investors, and allow colleagues to retain their mission and long -term impact potential.
