Refex Industries Q4 net profit grows 44% to ₹48 cr

REFEX INDUSTRIES, a provider of wind solutions, in Thorsday reported an increase of 43.60 percent in the net profits consolidated to ₹ 47.92 million rupees for the quarter ending on March 31, 2025.

He had registered net profits of 33.37 million rupees in the quarter of January-March of 2023-24, the company said in an exchange presentation.

In the fourth quarter, the company’s total revenues increased to ₹ 643.88 million rupees, an increase of 83.80 percent, more than ₹ 350.31 million rupees in the same quarter of the previous year.

For the full 2015 fiscal year, the net gain increased by 70.34 percent to ₹ 158.38 million rupees, from ₹ 92.97 million rupees in the quarter of the previous year.

The president and managing director of REFEX Industries, Anil Jain, said: “Our performance reflects the strength of our diversified business model and the strategic realignments we have made in key verticals.”

“In the renewable energy space, we advance our energy with the Refox Venwind energy formation that will focus on the manufacture, supply and implementation of wind turbines,” he added.

Duration The quarter, another reduced subsidiary, Venwind Refex Power Services LTD was incorporated, which will carry out operations and maintenance services (R&M), he said.

VENWIND REFEX POWER LTD (VRPL) assured its first main order to supply 153.7 MW or wind turbines to the torrent power for a project in Karnataka duration of the quarter.
