Robotics firm Peppermint raises ₹34 cr in Series A funding

The Robotics with headquarters in Pune Peppermint has raised ₹ 34 million rupees in funds from the series A. The Ronda saw the participation of JDSS, India Capital Enrision, Ian, Vinners and other Angels investors.

The company plans to use a new capital to expand to European and Asia and Pacific markets and improve its operating system and software of ‘skate’.

Founded in 2019, Peppermint is a robotic technology company that specializes in the development of automation systems for commercial and industrial environments, focusing on floors cleaning robots, material management solutions and accessories such as coupling stations.

Runal Dahiwade, founder and CEO, Peppermint said: “Today, as industries worldwide face a scarcity of labor and sustainability demands, our autonomous solutions are positioned in delivery. And building the necessary infrastructure required demand”

The last investment carries the total financing of Peppermint to ₹ 49 million rupees. The company debuted in the US market last year.
