The Supreme Court recorded on Thursday a statement from the government of the Union that Waqfs, including Waqfs-Uuser, either declared by notification or by registration, the next helmet in the charges will be denoted.

A Thanree-Jeje bench, headed by the President of the Supreme Court of India, Sanjiv Khanna, also registered in his order a guarantee of the center, represented by the Attorney General Tushar Mehta, that no appointment was not appointed the center 9 and 14 of the Waqf (enmienda) law, 2025, which allowed the inclusion of the non-Muslims, until the court takes the matter again.

The bank has solved the next audience in the week that begins on May 5.

Seven days of time

The successful Mehta urged the Court to grant seven days to present an answer that covers the entire range of 100 years of legislation on the subject and numerous representations received from all over the country and approval within the framework of the provisions.

The attorney general said that the court must not remain in the provisions of the law, indirectly or directly, in a “facie or attempt prima reading” or certain sections.

“As the Attorney General, who appears in the Union of India, I say that we, as a government and as Parliament, we are responding to people. We recognize Lakhs and Lakhs of representations that resulted in the creation of example, private, private, private, private, private, private, private, private, private, private, private, private, individuals, individuals are tasks.

The law officer said that any provisional order of Law 2025, directly or indirectly or even in part, at this preliminary stage it would not only be a strange measure but also a “serious and hard and hard step” by the court with the use of any “complete assistance.” He said the court must allow the government to place documents, statutes and reports that led to the approval of the Law. The President of the Khanna Court said the court wanted to avoid drastic changes in the current situation while seizing the case. The CJI agreed that the situation regarding the WAQFS, before the new law, had diseases. Law 2025 had “certain positive things.” On April 16 he had rejected a request on the side of the petitioners for a complete stay of the law.

“But at the same time, we do not want the situation, any situation that prevails today, change drastic that affects many people,” Khanna explained.

‘Keep status quo’

The main judge pointed out that the court, while reflecting for an intermediate order on April 16, had not thought about intervening in a particular amendment that required a person to have been a practicing Muslim for five years before dedicating his property as WAQF.

“And you are right, we do not stay legislation at the preliminary stage. That is the thumb rule. At the probe time, there is also to Thumb ORPYDY SORTAY SENAY ORPYDAY ORPYDAY SORTAY S IPFFT WELLDAY.

Mehta said the government’s concern was that the court should not be blamed for judicial overreach.

“There is no matter of overreach. The Legisla Parliament, the Executive implements and the Judiciary awards. It is clear,” the notion corrected.

The main lawyer Rakesh Dwivedi, for one of the respondents who support the legislation, said that Parliament did nothing more than legislate the will of the people.

Mehta assured the court “would not happen if the government intervenes” until the next hearing. But the president of the Supreme Court said the appointments for the WAQF boards were not in the hands of the center.

“If, before the court listens to this case, if any state, not represented here, makes appointments, can be treated as void,” Mehta presented.

The main defender Ravindra Shrivastava, for the WAQF Board of Chhattisgarh, said her client was supporting the legislet. He said the term of the board extended until 2027.

“I am sure they will be Muslim organizations that support legislation, just as Hindus would not support,” said Supreme Court Khanna.

Mehta said the debate on legislation was not divided by religion.
