The Ministry of Labor and Employment and Swiggy signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Tuesday to improve the employment and logistics employment opportunities through the National Carretal Service portal (NCS).
The MOU will allow Swiggy to integrate its concert opportunities, including delivery, logistics and support roles, in the NC portal.
This real-time integration will improve the visibility of concert work for NCS users, which will benefit from timely and verified job opportunities in urban and semi-life areas, the ministry said in a statement.
API -based integration will guarantee real -time work publications and monitoring the perfect applications for users, according to the MOU.
It will focus on inclusive hiring, particularly promotion opportunities for young people, women and those looking for flexible work, the ministry said.

The MOU was signed in the presence of the Minister of Labor and Employment of the Union, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya and Minister of State for the Union of Labor and Employment, Shobha Karandlaje.
