TCS to collaborate with Vianai for real-time business insights with conversational AI

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced on Thursday an association with Vianai Systems, a provider of artificial intelligence applications of business degree domain, to take advantage of its spiny platform for customers, allowing data to engage data in engagement.

The Vianai Hila platform allows C-Suite executives to obtain real-time information from the company’s data repository, helping decision makers through finance, supply and sales chain, without a deep technical experience. TCS will customize the platform to meet the specific needs of financial institutions and other key sectors. In addition, TCS will take advantage of the platform for central commercial verticals such as CRM, sales and supply chain for other industries.
