Waaree Renewables share price zooms 14% as Q4 net profit jumps 83%

Where renewable energy revenues of operations for Q4Fy25 increased 74 percent to ₹ 476.57 million rupees

WHERE REVEABLE TECHNOLOGIES LTD (WRTL) shares increased by 14 percent to reach a new maximum on Thursday, since their gain only increased 83 percent in higher revenues.

The net consolidated gain for the quarter of March 2025 was recorded to ₹ 93.76 million rupees compared to ₹ 51.31 million rupees in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The revenues of the operations increased by 74 percent to ₹ 476.57 million rupees, and the total income increased to ₹ 481.43 million rupees of ₹ 275.35 million rupees in the same quarter of the previous year.

In an year -on -year base, the gain increased 58 percent to ₹ 228.92 million rupees in March 2025. The results were declared after the market on Wednesday.

When commenting on performance, Manmohan Sharma, CFO, where renewable technologies said: “This performance underlines the strength of our integrated business model, execution capabilities and a deep understanding of the renewable energy ecosystem.”

“We are still well positioned, operationally resistant and we are committed to promoting energy transition with high quality sustainable solutions,” Sharma added.

The company appointed Manmohan Sharma as its financial director, with effect since April 16, 2025. In addition, he has approved the appointment of Sudhir Arya as an additional director.

Sunil Rathi has been redimed as executive director.

The shares quoted 11.25 percent higher than ₹ 1.141.90 axis at 10.37 am, after heating a maximum of 52 weeks of ₹ 1,170. The action previously closed ₹ 1,026.45.
