With the growing participation in the areas of Dut of the financial market, in addition to taking advantage of government schemes, the allocation of bread (permanent account number) among people with 30 years increased around 69 percent in the last seven years. In particular, the male-femenine relationship in bread assignments has decreased.

According to the rental tax department, total pans are made to around 80 million rupees at the end of fiscal year-25, compared to more than 45 million rupees at the end of fiscal year 18-19, which reflects a growth of 80 percent. Specifically, the numbers increased from 43.5 million rupees to more than 78.4 million rupees, showing an increase or 80 percent.

Among people, people under 30 registered a significant increase. Sneha Padhiar, a Bhuta Shah & CLP partner, listed multiple reasons for this increase, the boss among them is the greatest financial awareness. Initiatives such as Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) have emphasized the importance of financial inclusion, encouraging young people to obtain bread cards for banking and financial activities, he said.

“Parents are becoming more and more proactive by ensuring bread cards so that their children prepare them for future financial responsibilities. This trend has contributed to the growth of bread assignments among the minor population,” he said.

Shady Gupta, partner of Khaitan & Co, agrees, “the increase in bread assignments among young people reflects the increase in financial awareness and rapid digital adoption.”

The trend is promoted by the growing commitment of young people with online platforms where bread is required for the fulfillment of KYC, in part for the use of digital payment platforms. “The growing financial education and parents planning for the future financial needs of children are also key drivers, from the conversion of minor bank accounts into important accounts, withdrawing the expiration finals of the investment plans focused on children, all explanations, they explain, Shelliness”, “” “” “” “”

Male relationship

As of March 31, 2025, 44.47 million rupees, they had panel cards assigned to the leg compared to 33.97 million women. The male relationship to a woman or the allocation of bread has been reduced from 1.96 in fiscal year 2014 to 1.31 in fiscal year 2015.

However, experts feel that some social problems persist, resulting in the gap. These include women who continue to work in the informal sector or remain unpaid caregivers. “There has been a disparity in financial education, with less aware of the need and / or benefits of having a bread for financial transactions,” said Sneha Padhiar.

In addition to this, Gupta said that while the gender gap in bread issuance remains a concern, the “trend in decline sacrifices a brightness of hope, signing a slow but stable progression that makes greater final independence and inclusion for women.”

Pan-Adhar link

Meanwhile, the data showed that on March 31, 2025, or total or 80 million pans, more than 66 million rupees have a leg linked to Aadhaar. The lack or link could cause the pan not to work.
