The Sureesmile Clear Alineator therapy is completely integrated with the digital workflow of my practice. My team can collect treatment records efficiently and comfortably for our patients. In a matter of minutes, a full mouth digital exploration is captured using primescan and this digital model is used for patient communication as a result in a higher rate acceptance rate (Figure 1). Once the patient has approved the treatment, the digital scan was loaded to the Suresmile software through the Case Connect Center in the Priman. A series of intra and extra oral images, an optional CBCT or X-Rys are sent to the browser-based software and can be accessed from any computer.

The latest improvements for software have simplified and improved the treatment planning process. The dental exam is now complete in a teeth model such as what is used in the CEREC software (Figure 2). The model is very intuitive, we can easily click on the teeth that we plan without movement, label teeth that have implants or those that will be extracted.

The new prescription process has been the greatest benefit of the recent software update. The oldest macros have been replaced by a simplified prescription (Figure 3). This simplified process allows doctors to send cases at a faster rate that allow faster response times with patients who start treatment.

Where Sureesmile really stands out is the excellent initial treatment plan that is designed and sends from the South Digital Laboratory. The final treatment plan can be marked in the use of software tools. Updated treatment planning tools are now in a favorite tab to facilitate access. The tooth movement icon in the lower right of the screen (Figure 4) allows the displacement dialog box to activate and turn off. This provides more space to see the model on the screen general description of the patient.

The outstanding initial configuration results in less refinements and prevents aligner fatigue. Below is a case of 16 southern aligner (Figure 5 and 6) that did not require refinements and ended in time as planned.

The predictability of the South Suresmile alignment system allows shorter treatment times, less chair time and greater patient satisfaction.
