
After a few years of Herky-Jerky, the real estate market is in an important turning point, according to the housing and affordability report of the National Association of Real Estate Agents of Realctors. The report, which is based on the data of Nar and Realtor.com, revealed that the market needs at least 416,000 listings price of $ 225,000 or less to make housing property affordable for the typical middle class home.
