The countdown to the NFL design from 2025 has now moved from weeks to days. Day 1 takes place a week from Thursday and ends for a few weeks and months of speculating about where the top perspectives will end.
That said, Colin Cowherd unveiled his first fakeophap of the season on Thursday’s edition of ‘The Herd’. In contrast to other trial versions, however, Cowherd only projected how the first 15 picks should go under the starting point of what he would do if he was the general manager of each team.

The exercise led to two quarterbacks and two races being selected in the top 15 picks. It also led to Cowherd one selection called the “Steel of the design”.
Here is Cowherd’s first fakeophap, with opportunities via Draftings Sportsbook from 17 April.
Odds to be number 1, overall choice: -20000
Cowherd’s thoughts: “It is an easy one. Last year, the quartbacks of the Titans combined for 22 touchdowns and 21 picks. It is a profitable division. I fits with the attack by Brian Callahan. They dropped one.
The chance to be no. 2 Pick: -500
Cowherd’s thoughts: “The best overall athlete in the design – and he plays both parties. Their receiving corps is Jerry Jeudy and a lot of meh. They also filled in quarterbacks.
