Haas hoping to keep their momentum in the F1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix

Saturday evening in Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix The mood at Haas was quite gloomy.

Rookie driver Oliver Bearman had qualified for the race just as the last, while the Esteban Ocon crash left the mechanics during Q2 with sub -sub -work for the Grand Prix, and the experienced driver in P14 on the starter schedule.

But the great thing about F1 is that fortunes can turn into an instant, bait they did for Haas on Sunday. Ocean not only found his way to the points and took advantage of a Safety Car to get a position on the circuit to finish eighth, but Bearman delivered a masterful recovery drive, and picked up ten places to end tenth, with the last point accompanied by the Bahrain Grand Prix.

That gave the team their second double point result of the season one more than Red Bull for those who took notes and vaulted Haas in the fifth in the rankings of the Builders’ Championship.

Now they go to Jeddah for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, hoping to keep the momentum going.

“Jeddah offers the unique challenge of a high-speed street circuit with little margin for Rijfout,” said Team Main Ayao Komatsu in the media preview of the team. “We will usually perform lower drag settings compared to the circuit where we have been to this year, so how we stabilize the car and let the tires work with such a low drag configuration will be the key.

“This is also the first circuit that we will visit this year where Ollie has prior Formula 1 racing experience. It is difficult to predict exactly how the VF-25 will perform in Jeddah, but we have taken it to the maximum in recent races.

“We want to transfer this momentum and finish the first Triple header of the season-which is very demanding for everyone on the circuit and on our factors on a high.”

As noted by Komatsu, Jeddah is one of the few circns where the Roakie of the team you have F1 Racing Experience. Bearman made his F1 debut on the Saudi -Arabian Grand Prix from 2024 and boarded Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz Jr. He recovered from an appendectomy of emergency situations. With only one practice session in the SF-24 before qualifying, Bearman just missed Q3 in his debut and qualified 11th.

I am finally ready in his first F1 race, which Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris finished in the stretch, the two experienced drivers have Freher Freher tires.

“I am very excited to return to Jeddah, it is the first repeated race of my career that is quite cool. Last year’s experience was fun and useful and was a special place in my heart,” Bearman said.

“Even before my Formula 1 debut, I really enjoyed driving around Jeddah because the fast nature of the fast speed, and the sensation of driving with such speeds between the walls, so I look forward to returning and now having a full racing weekend under my belt, not only, FP3, Quali and the Race should be a good one.”

As far as Ocon, the experienced driver is looking forward to returning to a “exciting” circuit on the network sea.

“Jeddah is an exciting circuit, said Ocon.” It is the Weekend type for the driver real Entoi, and you feel the potential from the Formula 1 car.

“It will be extremely hot there, this year we will get it much later – it will be around 40 degrees – so it will be a challenge for all of us and we have to be ready for the heat. In general I look forward to racing in Saudi.”

Haas currently has 20 points on season, one more than Williams as the first triple header of the F1 season ends in Saudi Arabia.
