Kyle Larson dominated on Sunday in Bristol, so this week I am increasing a few places in the Power rankings.

But he is not the leader of the list. The driver with two wins, which also finished second in the last three races, has taken over the ranking of the top position.

Denny Hamlin can enjoy his recent success for another week, because the only one outside the week before the Cup teams is this weekend. The Cup schedule summaries on 27 April on Talladega SuperSpeedway. The there is a piece of 28 consecutive weekends racing for cup drivers.

Here are the rankings followol:

Expired: Bubba Wallace (Last week: 8)

On the edge: Josh Berry, Chris Buescher, Kyle Busch, Joey Logano, Ryan Prece, Bubba Wallace

10. Chase Briscoe (LW: Nr)

Briscoe is strongly offered in Bristol. That the same recovered in his first race there for Joe Gibbs Racing when he finished four. He has three top, including two top celebrities in his last four starts.

9. Tyler Reddick (LW: 6)

The inconsistent season that you passed for Reddick, because the 23xi racing administrator was a non-factor in Bristol. I am 18th, a place for his teammate Bubba Wallace.

8. Alex Bowman (LW: 9)

Bowman finished 37th in Bristol, thanks to a motor failure. But I went a place in the rankings of his Pole and Scholaue, he finished fourth in the opening phase. Eventually he showed that he can be a player.

7. Chase Elliott (LW: 7)

Elliott’s 15th place in Bristol was disappointing. But he had five top 10s in the previous six Raes, so bad day at Bristol – who is not comparable to another track – does not push him on the list.

6. Ross Chastain (LW: 10)

After a slow start, Chastain has the finish of the fifth, 31st, sixth, seventh and seventh in his last five Raes. He does not lead laps, but the trackhouse driver seems to earn the best finishes he can manage at the moment.

Kyle Larson issues a statement after Cup & Xfinity Win at Bristol: “I want to embrace Nascar!”

Kyle Larson issues a statement after Cup & Xfinity Win at Bristol:

5. William Byron (LW: 3)

Since his Daytona 500 wins, Byron has three top fives and five top 10s butlee the top 10 ends. His sixth in Bristol was solid, given that he started 26th on the schedule.

4. Ryan Blaney (LW: 5)

Blaney finished fifth before his second consecutive top-five finish. I have consistently shown more speed than from his Penske teammates, or Ford teammates in that regard.

3. Christopher Bell (LW: 1)

Bell had a workman-like eighth place in Bristol. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver became sixth in the opening phase and third in the second phase, but had nothing for the leaders (although to be honest, did not do much).

2. Kyle Larson (LW: 4)

Larson sweep Boke -stages and led for 411 laps in his victory in Bristol. It was the fourth top-four finish of the Hendrick driver in nine Rales this year.

1. Denny Hamlin (LW: 2)

Hamlin is in a role and his second place on Sounday might have been to win if Larson was not that dominant. The Joe Gibbs Racing Diver is completely smiling.
