The Texas Rangers placed ShortStop Corey Seaver on the 10-day impure list on Wednesday because a tense right hamstring.
The 30-year-old Seaer stopped while running to first base in the sixth inning on Tuesday at the athletics and left the game. Seager started this season 21 of the first 23 matches of Texas and Save .286 with four home Rons and six RBIs. He has a team-high 17 hits since 8 April.
The Rangers also came up in Infrielder Nick Ahmed and designated left -handed pitcher Walter Pennington for assignment. The 35-Yare-old Ahmed wants to appeal in a Major League match for the 12th consecutive season. He played for Arizona (2014-23), San Francisco (2024), De Los Angeles Dodgers (2024) and San Diego (2024).
