Three weeks after the UFL season of 2025 and there is a surprising team that remains unbeaten: the DC defenders.
Under the leadership of interim head coach Shannon Harris, the defenders treated the previous unbeaten St. Louis Battlehawks, 27-15, for 30.014 spectators in the Dome in America’s Center to improve to 3-0 in the year.
“By winning three in a row now, we have drawn a Hage Bull’s eye on our back,” said Harris Postgame. “That is the only thing we have to make sure that we understand. Now the job requires more. We can’t afford to take free time or take steps. Now it’s getting harder.”
St. Louis (2-1) will have an opportunity to get just they live they face the defenders on the road in the regular final-season game of the season in week 10. Also, the ufl announored duration half-time off sunday’s tilt that for the Louue Straytship, Providing Extra Motivation for the battlehawks to find a way to reach the title game for the first time.

In other big news, the defending champion Birmingham stallions (2-1) defined the Arlington Renegades (2-1), as a result of which head coach Bob Stoops’ team handed their first loss of the year in a Com Come-From-Behind-victory in Protective Stadium.
Here is a look at other storylines from week 3:
New defensive coordinator Blake Williams leads the four -an eye -effort of the defenders
Long -term NFL Defensive coordinator Gregg Williams left his function this week as defensive coordinator for the defenders to serve in the capacity under former DC head coach Reggie Barlow, who took a job in the state of Tennessee.
However, the defenders have not been bothered by a drop. With his son Blake Williams who took over, the defenders forced the Battlehawks in four balance, so that the top activity in the UFL was kept up to 128 total yards and only 15 points. The defenders forced the competition-best nine brides by three games.
“We really didn’t have many answers,” St. Louis head coach Anthony Becht. “We had four critical bridvers in the game. You can’t win with one burnover, so we should be better there. We were not so much to let the ball run so much, so early downs were a challenge for us to really get into our attack. Submission happens.”
Battlehawks QB Manny Wilkins Finished 16-van-29 for 147 Yards, with one touchdown pass and three interceptions. Walk back Jacob Saylors Had seven receptions for 91 reiving yards, but only eight hasty yards were.
Defenders Qb Jordan Ta’amu was solid and went 17-of-37 for 243 yards for three touchdowns, including the game-winning score-A 3-yard while catching Cornell Powell that was intended for Tigh End Mason Safety Qwynterrio Cole.
Head coach Curtis Johnson in Houston replaced an ineffective Anthony Brown in the second half by second team Quarterback Henderson.
The Delaware product went 10-off-11 for 80 Yards, including to connect 6-year Touchdown pass to Emmanuel Butler to lead the Roughnecks (1-2) to an 18-17 comeback winning on the road over the Memphis show boats (0-3).
Houston Safety Leon O’Neal Jr. Ended with nine combined tackles and returned an interception of 30 yards for the winning score with 4:55 in the third quarter. Roughnecks RB Zaquandre White ended with 94 Scrimage Woven.
Memphis Qb Eg Perry threw interceptions on two consecutive assets in the second hay and was replaced by Troy Williams. The Utah product gave the showboats a chance to win the game, but Williams’ only came to Lassiter on a two -point conversion was incomplete.
Matt Corral Guides stallions to late game victory over Renegades
It was not nice, but the stallions deserved their second victory of the season in their home opener, 10-9 victory over the visiting Renegades.
Starting instead of a built -up Alex McGough (Shoulder), Corral led the stallions on the final -winning scoring drive late in the game. Corral completed at 20-Yard Pass to Gift Johnson to bind the game with 26 seconds. I am the middle of Arlington’s defense for the 1-point conversion and winning score.
Birmingham benefited from a rising start punishment after the game of the Replay Office that an interception by Arlington Cornerback Steven Jones Jr. On the fourth and 6 o’clock from the 34-Yard line of Birmingham with 2:09. With another chance, Corral completed on 12-year pass to Marlon Williams on the fourth and 11 of the 29-Yard line of Birmingham to keep the ride alive.
Corral finished 19-of-41 for 255 Yards, with Down and an interception. For Arlington, Luis Perez 26-of-38 went for 208 yards, without touchdowns and non-interceptions.
Birmingham ended with 10 accepted penders for 78 yards and two burns, but still managed to win the game. Striking LineBacker Demarquis Gates led Birmingham with nine combined tackles, Tachle for loss.
The grandson of former NFL head coach and player Jack Pardee, Payton Pardee, debuted as an attacking coordinator for the Brahmas by replacing AJ Smith, who resigned this week. With head coach Wade Phillips under the weather, Pardee also used head coaching -Decions on the field.
San Antonio’s attack performed better under Pardee. In particular, explosive playmaker and star who ran back Anthony McFarland was more involved in the attack. McFarland finished with 75 scrimmage recruiting, including a 15-meter touchdown pass from QB Kellen mouth. McFarland leads the competition with 428 All-Purupose Yards.
However, it was not enough, because the Brahmas Winless remained, fell to the Panthers (2-1) on the road, 26-23.
QB Bryce Perkins led the leadership for the Panthers. Perkins replaced an insured Danny Etling and completed 17 of 23 passes for 193 Yards. Running back Jaden Shirden had an explosive 43-Yard Run for a score.
The kicker of San Antonio, Van Haye, made a career-best 55-yard field goal in the first half, but pushed a 53 Yarder wide left with three seconds to have been praised the game.
Devin Ross Delivo redeeming reporter for Panthers
One of the reasons for the success of Michigan about attack is their kick returner, Ross, who regularly gave them a good field position. I have finished 212 Kick Return Yards in the victory of Michigan in San Antonio, with a long of 49 yards.
The Colorado product leads the competition with 311 Kick Return Yards, on average just over 31 yards per return.
