The American Union of Civil Liberties (ACLU) or Indiana filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration on Tuesday, claiming that the legal status of seven international students in Indiana was completed without explanation.
The lawsuit states that the United States National Security Department (DHS) did not offer students any opportunity to challenge decisions and, therefore, violated the rights of due process. The claim appoints the secretary of the DHS Kristi Name and Todd Lyons, interim director of immigration and customs control of the United States.
The Trump administration has addressed hundreds of international students in recent weeks for their participation in Anti-Israel protests, which the Administration argued that it was the support for the terrorist organization designated by the United States Hamas. The Administration has also revoked visas for international students on adjusted infractions such as traffic violations.
“There is no rhythm or reason for the action of the DHS,” said Aclu or Indiana Legal director Ken Falk. “To finish the state of an international student, the United States government must adhere to regulatory standards and provide due basic process, which has failed to do.”

The plaintiffs affirmed that international students can continue their studies and maintain their state of legal residence alike after their visas are revoked.
The lawsuit requested the United States District Court to allow the seven international students to continue their studies restoring their status. A temporary resting order has also been requested to provide immediate protection to students, according to the ACLU of Indiana.
Among the students appointed in the demand, six are Chinese citizens who attend the University of Purdue or the University of Indianapolis. Another student is a Nigerian citizen who attends the University of Notre Dame. It was expected that two of the seven appointed students would graduate next month.
“The impact on the life of these students is deep, and now they live with fear of being deported at any time,” Falk continued. “We are asking the court to take immediate measures to stop the illegal actions of the thesis.”

Fox News Digital contacted DHS to comment, but they did not respond immediately.
Demand is one of the growing complaints facing the White House about the revocation of the students’ visa.
Numerous international students whose visas were fired without explanation recently also filed another lawsuit against the Trump administration for an alleged violation of due process.

Trump administration officials have defended the revocation of student visas, claiming that the Government reserves the right to cancel them.
“There is no right to a student visa”, Secretary of State Marco Rubio He told journalists on March 28. “We can cancel a student visa under the law in the same way that we can deny a student visa under the law. And we will do it in the cases we find appropriate,” “”
