Former President Joe Biden is expected to deliver what is announced as his first public speech from the Oval Office, delivering the Opening Speech on Tuesday before the National Conference of Adaptations, Counselors and Representatives of Disabled (ACRD).
“We are deeply honest, President Biden is making his first public appearance at the conference with acrd exhausted tickets,” said group executive director Rachel Buck, in a press release proven to Fox Digital. The conference will be held in Chicago.

The event is announced as the first public speech of the 46th President since he left the White House, and the former president is expected to go to the conference at some point after 5 PM ET, Fox Digital learned. Biden, however, has delivered other public comments since January 20, Fox Digital discovered, including conversation before the United Nations National Secondary School model in March, which regained little attention from the media, in addition to joining an international event of electrical workers this month.
ACRD is a defense organization that works to equip “disability professionals with tools, technology and training to lead the industry,” according to its website. “Our mission is to empower and educate the representatives of disability to provide comprehensive training, fantasize leadership skills, technological competition for promotion and offer valuable networks of networks.”

Biden will lead the event, which will focus on strengthening Social Security, and senator Roy Blunt, Republican of Mo., former Senator Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich, and former Democratic governor Maryland and Social Security Administrator Martin O’Malley, Chordination to the press release.

Biden has been out of the public’s opinion since he left the Oval office on January 20, when President Donald Trump was inaugurated as the 47th Commander in Chief. Biden has been spending his days in Bothware and the capital of the Nation since the departure of the Oval Office, and the 46th President working on his next memoirs while meting with several leaders of the Democratic Party such as DNC President Ken Martin, reported in March.
Fox Digital communicated with the Biden office for additional comments on the matter, but did not immediately receive an answer.
