A university student was arrested by federal authorities in Boston after allegedly launching a Molotov cocktail on a Tesla concessionaire in Missouri while he is at home on spring holidays.
Owen McIntire, 19, or Kansas City, was arrested and made an initial appearance in the Court on Friday at the United States District Court in Massachusetts.
McIntire, a university student in Boston, was accused of illegal possession of an unregistered destructive device and malicious damage due to any property used in interstate trade, according to the court presented in the western district of Missouri.

“These actions are dangerous, they are illegal and we will judge those responsible,” Patel said. “We will work with our partners in the Department of Justice to hold anyone who commits such crimes.”
The FBI Kansas City and Boston field offices, the ATF and Kansas City Police Department, Missouri, are investigating.
