The newly published video shows two federal agents trying to judge 33 -year -old Venezuelan migrants, Arnuel Márquez Colmenarz, in a court in New Hampshire in February, touching an old man in the process. Colmenarez was there for a stop related to traffic and is now in custody of immigration in Texas.
