The mortal air attack against the city of Dnipro arrives hours before Ukrainian officials meet with US and European officials in Paris.

A large -scale Russian drone attack in the city of Dnipro de Dnipro in southwest Dnipro has killed three people, including a girl, according to the regional governor, hours before officials in the United States, Europe and Ukraine.

The governor of Dnipropetrovsk, Serhiy Lysak, said that the attacks that also injured dozens of people were late on Wednesday, causing multiple fires and damaging the apartment buildings of a plate.

A student residence, an educational institution and a food processing plant were also damaged, added the mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov.

The photos published online showed furious fires, burned vehicles and buildings with Shahrtered windows and burned facades, while emergency equipment worked during the night.

Sixteen of the injured are in the hospital, one of the issues in a critical condition, according to Lysak.

“This is the last of a series of strikes that have continued to reach civil areas,” said Zein Basravi de Al Jazeera from kyiv.

In other places, a separate Russian missile attack wounded two people in the northeast city of Izyum, regional governor Oleh Syniehubov reported.

Meanwhile, Russia claimed to have demolished 71 Ukrainian drones during the night, most pointing to the Kursk region. Russian officials also stated that kyiv fought a drone attack against the city of Shuya, east of Moscow, without causing victims.

Treatment ‘is not easy’

The attacks occur when the war becomes its 38th month, despite the efforts of the president of the United States, Donald Trump, to negotiate a high fire, even demanding kyiv concessions and making diplomatic proposals to Russia that have angered Ukraine.

Later, on Thursday, two senior officials of the Trump administration, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the special envoy Steve Witkoff, will meet in Paris with French president Emmanuel Macron and the main European diplomats for conversations about Ukraine.

The foreign and defense ministers of Ukraine are among those in the city to participate in conversations, Chordination to Andriy Yermak, head of the Ukraine Presidential Office.

The Ukrainians are still skeptical that the diplomatic impulse of the United States “function in their favor”, but the officials still expect a face of Washington, Basravi said.

Until now, Moscow has rejected a joint Usinian proposal for a high and unconditional fire, insisting that the key details are still unresolved, while they continue to bombard their neighbor.

A Russian ballistic missile attack in the heart of the Northeast city of Sumy on Sunday was one of the most mortal of the war, killing 36 people, including two children, and wounding 119 when people gathered to celebrate Ramos Sunday.

The attack, according to the Minister of Poles Foreign Affairs, Radoslaw Sikorski, the Russian President Vladimir Putin was “mocking” of the “goodwill” of the United States.

Even so, the American envoy Witkoff insisted on Monday that Putin remains open to a “permanent peace” agreement. On the same day, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov warned that the terms of termination “are not easy.”
