Florida man accused of bringing weapons ‘arsenal’ on Amtrak train indicted

A Florida man has been accused in Trenton, New Jersey, after allegedly addressing an Amtrak train with what the authorities described as a “small arsenal” or weapons.

Jeffrey O. Kennerk, 34, or Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was caught in a train on January 3 with assault weapons, magazines of ammunition of great capacity, guns, guns, silencers and a rifle trapped in the bact that shot in his trial at the Trengon Transit Transit center, the general office of New Jersey General Matthew Platkin in April 16.

“This defendant allegedly transported a small arsenal of mortal weapons and ammunition through occupied traffic stations, and on a train full of passengers,” Pathin said in a statement. “Supposedly left a Suitase containing varied weapons and ammunition, including an assault rifle, in the competition of the Newark Penn station, where anyone could have themes damaged by them.”

When the authorities investigated the stock market, they found a gun with a completely charged 18 round magazine. Additional investigation revealed a style magazine completely loaded with .223 ammunition and a plastic bag with two boxes of 9 mm ammunition and four boxes of ammunition .223, authorities said.

A secondary compartment in the bag supposedly contained an AK-47-style rifle loaded with AK-47 arms and several Ferfy magicins.

According to Pathin’s office, Kennerk Letterly left the bag to buy an Amtrak train ticket to Virginia. He then approached the train on Newark, but was intercepted by the police at the next train stop in Trenton.

The authorities said they found more weapons and ammunition in Kennerk’s opinion, including an “AR-15 style rifle that separated into the lower and upper receiver, multiple hills of ammunition, multiple extended magazines and multiple guns.”

They also found another rifle with .300 AAC Blackout, according to Platkin’s office.

“The officer placed the snout in the suitcase pointing to the ground and tried to eliminate one of the scarves to be safe, at which time the firearm unearthed without the officer being interested, indicating that the weapon was said.

The authorities said that there are also four hollow knitting and 9 mm and .22 rifle caliber ammunition and .22.

Kennerk was accused of possession of a weapon with an illegal purpose, four charges or illegal possession of a weapon, three charges or illegal possession or an assault firearm, a position of aggravated assault, Wapree, Wapree, certain crimes.

He was also charged with severe Fourth-Degree Crime Silering or a sileing or a sileing or a sileing or a sileing or a silenceing or a silenceing or a silencer, injury or widespread damage.
