The “Household Improvements” star, Richard Karn, is happy with his weight loss, but does not want to become the entire focus of his life.
Karn, who has partnered with the DIY lawnful company, Domyown, lost 30 pounds last year with his wife, and the couple continues to follow their diet “as much as Podemos”.
“When something is so strict, it can’t, for me, to become a full lifestyle,” Digital told Fox News. “I mean, you have to go,” Well, you know what? I would really enjoy your piece of cake, or I would like a slice or pizza. ”
He continued: “So it’s like everything within moderation, obviously. I mean Oscar Wild said the pain of sadness is worth it.

The 69 -year -old diet focused on “staying in smaller amounts of foods that realize that it really does not need more than five ounces of meat, and then vegetables and drinking water.”
But he warned: “You can get into trouble drinking too much water.”
“That eliminates some of the salts and things in your system, so when it carries things too far, you just have to pay attention, son of like to your.”
The former host of the “family dispute” has also incorporated Pilates into his physical conditioning routine.

“Pilates helps me a lot with golf, because you must turn,” he said. “You need to be able to have the flexors of the hip and knees and everything working, and that helps me with golf. And that is one of the things that keeps me as far as in a routine. The routines are important, but you have th.”
Karn is coining his health, but also changes his focus on his new association with Domyownn, the DIY lawn care company that gives homeolners access to professional grade products, as well as advice and guidance with videos and season instructions, and season.

The actor is the company’s new spokesman and, for a limited time, it will be a resource for the advice for the care of the grass.

As a landscape fan, Kar said that the most important thing can do to keep his patio in good shape is to understand what they are really growing.

I mean, all these different types of different types of places where it is in the United States.”

He continued: “What is really great by Domyown.com is that these guys, is a store, obviously, buying a product to help you in your patio, different pesticides, different things that commit the lawn.
The person on the screen of Karn de Al Borland, the reliable control companion of Tim Allen’s handy, the host of random “tool time” in “home improvements”, led to his new role with the company.

“That son of highlighted my skills in regard to that,” he said. “I mean, my dad was a builder. My grandfather was a builder. I became an actor, but I grew up with the builders and I knew how to do things. And, you know, I am cutting my own grass. Upon growing, those were my tasks. Now I have a patio to continue up to date.
“Household improvements” remains one of the most popular and beloved situation comedies of the 90s, and Karn looks at him with both love as fans.
“I remember I laughed a lot,” he said or his co -star Allen. “It was a pleasure to go to work.”

Karn was also able to impress his builder Dad with his character’s knowledge.
“That was a learning experience,” he said about the different pieces of “tool time.” “My dad, being a builder, he just looked at me one day, and he says:” My God, it really seems that you know what you are doing. “And I do.
