Jennifer Aniston is revealing how she managed to overcome her fear of flying, since flight anxiety increases in the midst of aviation news recently.
In a recent interview with Travel + Leisure, the actress, better known for her role as Rachel Green in “Friends”, shared that Altheghe loves to travel, has an “extreme fear of flying.”
Aniston would continue to small rituals while approaching a plane, including touching the exterior of the aircraft with its right palm and stepping on the plane with the right foot.

But the actress revealed that hypnosis therapy has recently taught her to suspend those superstitions, and has proven effective.

“I don’t have the leg by doing my right hand, the right foot, and now it is surprisingly good!” She said.
Aniston shared that he practices the work of breath to spend long flights, and will rise from his seat, walk and stretch.

Jonathan Alpert, a psychotherapist and author with headquarters in Manhattan, commented on the use of hypnosis to relieve the apprehension of the trip, mentioning that he has worked with patients who have also been afraid to fly.

“Although I don’t use hypnosis, I know some therapists who have succeeded,” he shared with Fox News Digital.
“It is important to keep in mind that it is not a magical bullet as some people might think.”

Addressing the root of anxiety is more important to help challenge “irrational thoughts”, according to Alpert.
“I tend to focus on behavior techniques and cognitive strategies, proven practical methods that generate trust and help eliminate anxiety,” he said.
