Leader of the Hakeem Jeffries Representatives Chamber, DN.Y. On Tuesday, he said that the Supreme Court should consider keeping the Trump administration in contempt for its deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego García, an illegal migrant of El Salvadore and former resident of Maryland.

The Supreme Court on Thursday costs a lower court to facilitate the return of Abrego García from a prison in El Salvador where federal officials sent hundreds of suspended criminals and gang members last month.

“The Supreme Court has made it clear that Mr. Abrego García should not have deported,” Jeffries said at a press conference on Tuesday over the “next” social security day “democrats to oppose what Bece claims.

‘To El Salvador’: Trump Admin Punts on the return or resident of Maryland deported Maryland

“In fact, the Trump administration has recognized that fact and, therefore, must comply with the Directive of the Supreme Court or the Supreme Court must enforce its order aggressively, which could include contempt.”

The Supreme Court acknowledges that Abrego García was subject to a 2019 retention order that prohibits his removal from El Salvador, and that the removal to El Salvador was “therefore illegal.” The court emphasized that the government must facilitate its release from custody in El Salvador and treat its case as if it never deported.

An immigration judge in 2019 found that Garcia had not refuted sufficiently evidence of affiliation of MS-13 and, therefore, was removable to any other place other than the Savior because or a threat of a rival gang, this is called retention.

The Trump administration has faced criticism of the Democrats, the leftist media and the defenders of human rights for sending Abrego García to their country of origin. Trump officials initially recognized that their elimination was due to the “administrative error.”

The White House Cabinet Vice President Stephen Miller said that two courts found that Abrego García was a member of the MS-13 gang, and was deported after Trump declared a terrorist organization to the violent gang.

Miller said that when Trump declared MS-13 a terrorist organization, Abrego García was no longer eligible for any form of immigration relief in the United States.

Miller said that Abrego García had an outstanding deportation order, which means that he was only allowed to be present in the United States and had to be eliminated due to the foreign terrorist designation.

Abrego García is married to an American citizen, and are raising three children.

Jeffries, meanwhile, added that he was supporting Sen’s efforts. Chris van Hollen, D-Md., Who is trying to meet with El Salvadore Nayib Bikele president while here in the country. Van Hollen is trying to send Abrego García to the United States

Bukele with Trump in the White House on Monday for a bilateral summit focused largely on immigration.

“I support efforts and leadership or Senator Chris van Hollen,” Jeffries said. “The president must accept that meeting request and have a real discussion about when Mr. Abrego García will be returned to his family in the United States of America.”

Van Hollen said he also wants to see the Trump administration with contempt.

“It is absolutely unfair and illegal to have this Maryman detained one more day in a noticeable prison in El Salvador,” said Van Hollen, from Wbal TV.

“I saw that families, lawyers have asked the administration’s lawyers to be despised, and I think it is an absolutely appropriate movement to take at this time. The nose courts will be absolutely disregard.”
