“This is not normal.”
Those words of Senator Amy Klobuchar, D-minn., They are undeniably true after the judgment of Wisconsin Hannah Dugan judge. However, the reason why it is not normal is much more debatable. Dugan has the battery of becoming a breakwater in trying to obstruct an effort to judge a man sought by federal authorities. If it is true, that is not manifestly “normal.”
As soon as the news of the sentence was reported, the Democrats declared another constitutional crisis. Klobuchar added that the trial “is a drastic movement that threatens the rule of law” and a “serious step and undermines our system of controls and balances.”
That is a curious statement unless Klobuchar believes that the officers are lying. If not, Klobuchar suggests that a judge should not be a hero responsible for the activity that protects a person with wheels and facilitates his evasion of the application of the law.

Senator Tina Smith, D-minn. [FBI Director] Kash Patel and Donald Trump don’t like a judge, they think they can judge them. This is impressive: we must face this flagrant grip of power. Republicans: How is this a red line for you? “
However, what is the “red line” for judges if the accusations are true? This judge is accused of conduct that has resulted in positions for other citizens. Judicial tunic is not a form of invisibility layer that allows judges to participate in alleged criminal acts.
Wisconsin Media Informa:
The sources told the Journal Sentinel that ICE officials arrived at the Dugan court room in the morning or April 18. When they went to the office of the main judge, Dugan approached the accused and his lawyer aside Hallno and privately privately.
If it is true, that would be an active effort to help the suspect avoiding the police who was carrying out a legal function.

According to the criminal complaint, Ruiz allegedly attacked three individuals after an altercation with his roommate about playing music at full volume. Flores-Ruiz supposedly hit his roommate approximately 30 times with a closed fist and then attacked his girlfriend and a third person. Some of the injuries required hospital treatment.
The evasion of the police in the Courthhouse required that the officers chase Ruiz, which could have resulted in a more serious confrontation in the street.
This is not the first time that a judge has been accused or participating or directing said obstruction.
I previously wrote about the case of Massachusetts Shylley M. Richmond Joseph judge, who was allegedly accused of helping an illegal immigrant to evade ice agents in April 2018. Joseph and the Court Officer Wesley MacGregor were accused of conspiracy to obstruct justice, the obstruction of justice, aid and the reduction and obstruction of a federal processing.
I was critical of the management of the case. While Joseph was suspended for three years, the charges were withdrawn in 2022 without a doubt to the Biden administration.
The case of Dugan occurred at the same time that a judge from New Mexico was arrested for housing an illegal immigrant and an alleged member of the TDA gang.

The Judge of the County of Doña Ana, Joel Cano, and his wife were arrested on Thursday. According to the reports, remarkable, Cano admitted to the officers that he broke Cristhian Ortega-López’s phone after the 23-year-old was arrested in a raid in the judge’s house.

As I said in Fox News Channel last night, I am perplexed by the Democrats who rush to denounce Dugan’s trial before we know if these accusations are supported. If she escorted the suspect to a non -public to facilitate her escape, that drives is a stunning abandonment of judicial ethics. He can certainly use his authority to address her in the form of judicial orders, but actively helping in an escape is far beyond the pale.
I have criticized the reckless rhetoric directed against the judges, including those who have failed against the Trump administration. We need to accumulate our courtesy and respect as we work through the thesis of difficult questions.

However, that works in both directions. The judges have to strengthen respect for the Judiciary in their own conduct. That includes showing restriction and respect in relation to the compensatory powers of the executive branch. Certainly includes avoiding actions that could be seen as little ethical or even criminals to resist this administration.
That is also a “red line.”
