At 19, the former playboy playmates, and twins, the lives of Karissa and Kristina Shannon have a drastic turn after moving to Hugh Hefner’s playboy mansion.

In a new interview, the twins, now 35 years old, open about the worrying experience they shared while living in the mansion with Hefner, who died in 2017, and playmates, explaining how he led them to a dangerous addiction network and sharing the steps they took to find peace.

“We always say that ‘Playboy’ will always be part of our lives. We were fans of ‘Playboy’ and we are still fans of ‘Playboy’. He even thought it turned out to be very traumatic for us, there were also many high points,” Karissa Tr. ”

From the first moment, Florida’s natives said they were with “extreme jealousy” episodes of other playmates after Hefner showed favoritism towards them.

“We obtained many jealousy from the other playmates because we were twins. We were the first twins to get our lists, which made Playboy History. We were the young playmates and young girlfriends,” Kristina said.

“When we take photos, he would do it because to get into the middle of the twins to take a photo. Or would it be like,” Can you move the twins towards the front of the table? I want to sit next to him. “Then the girls began to get really jealous,” Karissa said.

“We drove all the way without stopping until we arrived in Michigan. I remember entering Colorado and smell that fresh air … it was simply different,” Karissa said. “Being in nature desensitized us. We ended up being diagnosed with manic depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. Being outside the city helped us reduce speed.”

“We were totally ready to be selfish for the first time. And we were all about God and constantly praying to Jesus,” he added. “We were literally praying and just trying to change our lives. And I feel that this is when we really grew up.”

“I feel like all this, God was humiliating us,” Kristina said. “I was humiliating us and letting us know” I have another plan for you. “It is restoring us, and that is what we feel now.

“We are still the playful twins who made Playboy, but now we care other things. We are all about organic ones. Everything we eat, all our food is organic. All our water is alkaline, our sheets are organic,” he added.

These days, continuous twins prioritize their mental and physical health in the best way they can.

“We meditate every day together, and we are in the preparation of meals and not eat outside, really self -care and simply bucking the time for obalses and learn to be selfish, learn to say no,” Karissa said.

“We got used to our hearts, we got used to the time of healing, which he taught years. I did not think we would ever get out of that. But Michigan changed us. We love being in Michigan and then going to Los Angeles or Vegas to work,” Kristina added.
