“In the midst of the poly-cristers that are experienced now, the role of churches and other actors of faith in terms of our contributions to climate justice is more important than ever,” said the general secretary of the CMI, Prof. Jerry Jerry Pillay in Bangladesh. “Our moral voice is necessary for the changes of the system necessary urgently.”

Last week, WCC announced That “his new resource on legal tools for climatic justice debuted, the approach was in hope for children, a hope strongly backed by knowledge about how churches can hold financial actors responsible for their role in the perpetuation of the climatic crisis.”

Fox News Digital contacted WCC to comment.

Dan Turner, founder and executive director of Power The Future, compared the impulse of climate change with the “long history of a battle against paganism” of Christianity.

“It is not surprising that neopaganos hide behind climate change to contaminate religion and push their agenda,” Turner said. “The most Christian countries have cleaner air and water, and the greatest respect for Earth.”

Gabriella Hoffman, independent director of the Center of the Women’s Forum for Energy and Conservation, told Fox News Digital that it is not “uncommon” for religious institutions to preach “biblical” teaching of “Earth Administration”, but that climatic justice “deviates from this teaching by encouraging their adherents to reject positive human interactions with nature.”

“They believe that nature replaces the needs of people. Both interests can balance and not disagree with each other,” said Hoffman.

Steve Cortes, founder of the League of American Workers and main Catholic voting advisor, told Fox News Digital: “Duration Holy Week, the Church must focus on reflecting on the sacrifice of Christ on the cross, the hysteria Chouudch Shouate. Divisive legal battles that amplify fear about faith.”

The WCC, which claims 352 church bodies members of more than 120 countries, the representation of 580 million Christians worldwide, has a long history of political activism in the name or liberal causes.

The organization has “established several highly biased and politicized subgrats”, Conformity with the NGO monitorSome of which have a leg linked to anti-Israel efforts and BDS activities.
