The Bodycam images of the Patrol of the State of Ohio show a suspect attacking a soldier before stealing his patrol car and being shot dead by the state police of Pennsylvania minutes later.
On April 4, Deshawn Leth, 30, participated in a single car accident to the east on the Ohio toll highway in Springfield Township, near the state line of Pennsylvania, according to Ohio’s state patrol.
After the accident, an officer arrived and saw Leth on the road shoulder. He contacted Leth and was attacked.

“The Under-Daw-Nation mission is to help children at risk who lack resources and help prevent violence and disappointment of school adolescents,” according to the organization’s website.
However, the judicial records show that Leth spent seven years in jail in Michigan after declaring himself guilty of eight invasion charges of the housing of separated incidents in 2012 and 2016. He was released in 2023.
