The six -time MotoGP World Champion survived a high speed increase from Brother Alex to complete a perfect weekend in the International Lusail circuit.

Marc Márquez de Ducati returned to the superior podium step with the victory in the Qatar Grand Prix despite suffering damage to his bicycle on a collision with his brother Alex in the first round.

Marc, who had tasks of his fourth consecutive post with a return record, as well as a fourth victory of Sprint on Saturday won in the International Lusil Circuit for the first time at SpufMT 2014.

Maverick Vinals de Red Bull Ktm Tech3 finished second on Sunday, but received a penalty of 16 seconds for tire pressure infractions, delivering the second place of Ducati Francesco Bagnaia.

Franco Morbidelli of VR46 Racing, who briefly directed the races from the beginning, was promoted to third.

The victory moved Marc up to 123 points at the top of the pilot classification, 17 points ahead of Alex, while Bagnaia is third in 97 points.

“I needed to handle the front tires, so for that reason, in the first part of the race, it was quiet,” Marc said.

“Morbidelli was [ahead] But I predicted or understood yesterday with the rhythms that he will not be fast in the second part of the race.

“Great surprise when Maverick reached me. I thought it was [Pedro] Acosta because it is normally the fastest in KTM. It was super fast, but I had that margin for the end. The victory in Qatar is incredible. “

Return collision

Marc had another perfect beginning of the line to take the front on the way back one, but the contact with Alex de Gresini Racing caused damage to the back of Marc. Morbidelli’s bicycle, which had started fourth place on the network, capitalized to increase the front.

Alex was not better. The Spanish was very involved in another collision, this time with Fabio Di Giannantonio of VR46 Racing, which saw both riders lose positions.

Alex immediately raised his hand to apologize and the cool butlers, a long penalty of the return that dropped him to the twelfth, ending any hope of a stage, after having finished second in each sprint and Rac this season.

Bagnaia and Marc then exchanged positions while fighting for the second, using the sliding of others to advance, while vinals in the Red Bull Ktm also moved to the third.

But Marc was clearly struggling without a fin, and another flutter freely in the wind, since vinals beat the champion six times in the return one to take second place.

Vinals then looked at Morbidelli, and the KTM Rider Tok the lead in the main line with 12 remaining turns, while Marc and Bagnaia also found their way beyond the yellow VR46 bicycle.

The MotoGP defender champion, Jorge Martin, was a competitor in his first race of the season after returning from the injuries, but the Aprilia pilot was reduced in a strong accident in curve 11 and did not end. Later, Martin was diagnosed with six fractures after the incident.

In the front, Marc finally recovered the advantage for the first time from the return one, when vinals ran along and allowed his compatriot to climb a place with remaining seven laps.

That was all Marc needed in the racing business, since he decided that it was no longer necessary to keep his tires, establishing faster turns consecutive to open a gap in vinals before moving on to the checkered flag.
