The MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred and President Donald Trump with the White House on Wednesday, MLB confirmed Fox News Digital.
What Manfred and Trump argued is uncle. The Washington Post was the first to inform about the meeting.
“President Trump is a baseball fan for a long time. As he has done in the past, Commissioner Manfred was pleased to visit the White House to discuss baseball with the president,” said a MLB spokesman for Fox News Digital of the visit.

The White House did not immediately respond to the request for comments from Fox News Digital.
One thing that Trump and Manfred can have is the issue of the candidacy of the Pete Rose Hall of Fame. Trump said he would forgive Rose posthumously after dying at 83 in September 2024.

Rose is MLB’s success with 4,256 career successes. It was the MVP of the National League in 1974 and it was 17 times All-Star, three times World Series champion and three times batting champion.
However, the star of the Cincinnati Reds became a polarizing figure when the news of his game in the games shook the world of sport. Rose received a prohibition for MLB’s life in 1989.
