Dion Sanders, the father of Shedeurs and the chief coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, previously offered some tips for the aspiring quarters of the NFL. Sanders’ message referred to the Browns, and found recirculation shortly after his son was recruited by the same franchise.

“I love what the @browns have done this low season, but I am a young QB is not a way to go to Cleveland. I would throw an Eli Manning if possible,” Sanders wrote in a publication on the social networks of March 2018.

Manning had projected to be the best choice in 2004, and the Chargers had the No. 1 selection. But the franchise was gaining a reputation as a destination that young quarters should avoid. According to the reports, the Manning agent informed the Chargers that his client would sit the whole season if the team would write it. According to reports, Manning’s family got involved, and the field marshal was recruited and changed to New York Giants.

Deion previously declared: “It will be an Eli” by explaining how the winner of Travis Hunter of Travis Hunter of Travis Hunter, winner of Travis Hunter. He later clarified that he would not stain “orchestrate” where his son fell into this draft.

“No, because that is not the will of God at this time. I want Shedeur to do what he has done constantly: he stands against wind and tide,” said Colorado football coach in March during “The Skip Bayless Show.”

“I like hate. I like those who stop. I like ignorance, because it makes us feel better what we do. He gives him another chip on his shoulder.”

This is not the first time that one of the publications in Sanders’ social networks did not age favorably.

“He will be one of the 5 best.

At that time, Sanders was responding to a comment that mentioned the first year of the Duo of father-son of Colorado in Boulder. “Tell your son to stop as the coldest here that put a 4-8 season,” said the initial publication.

Sanders finished the 2024 season with 4,134 adjustment yards. It will join a field marshal room full of people in Cleveland that presents Deshaun Watson, Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and Dillon Gabriel.

Watson then restructured his Achilles tendon in January. The last setback is expected to leave the three times Pro Bowler throughout the 2025 season, although Watson went back against that schedule. Flacco met with the Browns earlier this month after spending the 2024 season with the Indianapolis Colts. Cleveland acquired Pickett in an exchange with the Eagles in March.

The Brown went to Sanders in the third round on Friday and, on the other hand, used selection No. 94 in Gabriel.
