The biological mother of Florida State University shot the suspect Phoenix Ikner, supposedly kidnapped him in 2015, when he was 11 years old, and traveled to Norway with him in violation of a custody agreement, in accordance with the records of the Leon County Court.
The FSU student of now 20 has a battery to open fire on the campus on Thursday, killing two people and wounding another six, five of whom suffered gunshot injuries, and one of whom was injured while running by shots. They are currently being treated for their injuries.
His biological mother, Anne-Mari Eriksen, told Ikner to an email in March 2015 that she was south of Florida for spring holidays, but “supposedly fled the country with him in violation of his affidavit of his his own.
The affidavit also states that Ikner, born Christian Gunnar Eriksen before legally changing his name, has delays in development and special needs. His father feared that he did not receive adequate attention if taken outside the United States.

For several days, Ikner’s father had no contact with his son until Angelly connected by phone, and Phoenix told him that he and Eriksen were in Norway. As part of Eriksen’s custody agreement with Phoenix’s father, he had to notify at least 14 days in advance to travel with his son outside the country, which he apparently did not do, as shown by judicial documents.
While in Norway, Ikner’s father called and sent an email to Eriksen, who has a double Norwegian and Norwegian citizenship, several times asking when he would return to the United States with his son, according to judicial records.

Jessica Ikner was a long -standing member of the Youth Advisory Council of the Sheriff’s office, said the Sheriff of the County of Leon, Walt McNeil, during a press conference on Thursday.
The president of the University, Richard McCullough, issued a statement on Thursday X, calling the shooting “an act of tragic violence and sensors.”
