Americans from coast to coast are hurried to obtain real identifications, while motor vehicle desks are dealing with accommodating appointments.
With the deadline of May 7, air travelers at national airports and people entering some federal buildings must have a real identification.
Some Americans are considering alternatives if they are struggling to obtain appointments to obtain the new identification.
Real identification appointments added while New Jersey residents fight to obtain a new identification
On Monday in New Jersey, the website of the Motorized Vehicle Department (NJDMV) showed “0 available appointments” for real identification services on its site; Now it has added additional time spaces.
Virginia By has launched Saturday events so that people obtain their real identifications, while some crimes in California have extended their hours.
