The Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, denied the claims that three minor citizens of the United States, all under ten years old, and one with stage IV cancer, were deported without due process, qualifying the “deceptive” accusations.
The Washington Post reported that three American citizens of two different families, two, four and seven years old, were deported along with their mothers of a Louisiana installation on Friday. The report claimed that the four -year -old suffers from cancer in stage 4 and that the mother had no way to contact her doctors, according to the family lawyer. Rubio withdrew against the claims that the children were deported, instead of stating that the mothers of the children, who were not legally in the country, chose to take their children with them.
“That’s a Misleading Headline. Three Us citizens, Anged 4, 7 and 2 were not sport. Their Mothers Were Were Legald Sport, and The Children Went With Ey Mothers. They By and Grabbed the Child and Threw Them on an Airplane, and It’s Misleading and That Is Not True, “Rubio Said.
The migrant lawyers claim that Trump deportes without ‘due process’, but what does that mean?

However, Trump’s American district judge, Terry A. Doughty, did not believe that federal government claims that children were not deported. In response to an emergency order presented on Thursday night by the father of the two -year -old girl, the judge issued an order that expressed his “strong suspicion that the government simply deported an American citizen without a significant process.” The child had accompanied his mother to an immigration meeting that would allow him to remain in his community called an intensive supervision program, family lawyers affirmed.
“The government argues that all this is fine, the mother wants the girl to be deported with her, but the court does not know,” Doughty wrote.
Family’s lawyers say that the girl’s father could only talk to her mother for a minute before her ice agents abruptly finished her phone call, and the girl was sent to Honduras with her mother the next morning.

Rubio was still firm that the only objectives for deportations were mothers in the United States illegally, and that children would be welcome if their parents or other adequate tutor were responsibility for them.

“If someone is in this country illegally, illegally, that person is deported. If that person is with a 2 -year -old son and says that I want to take my son with me, then he has two options. He can say yes, of course, he can take his son if they are citizens or not, because he is his son.
