Southwest Airlines flight headed to Mexico has apparent engine issue

A Southwest Airlines flight to Los Cabos, Mexico, on Thursday morning he returned to a Texas airport after a reported motor problem.

Flight 3006, which transported 134 passengers, landed safely at William P. Hobby in Houston, according to a statement by Southwest Airlines.

On Tuesday, a Frontier Airlines flight from Florida to Puerto Rico experienced problems at Luis Muñoz Marin’s international airport in Puerto Rico.
