In a two -sentence motion only a few days before the new trial begins with opening statements, the specially designated assistant district prosecutor, Hank Brennan, argued that defense plans to use injuries to injuries for O’Kefe’s right arm could violate a previous order that prohibits the defense of trying to blame someone else for read death before establishing the evidence in the trial.
