The Supreme Court agreed to examine the challenge of the Trump administration to judges that issue judicial mandates throughout the country, establishing a date for a case that could have a great impact on the president’s ability to carry out his agenda, as well as throughout the country.
This occurs after three federal judges issued a separate national mandate that block an executive order from President Donald Trump for the birth of citizens for the children of illegal immigrants.
On Thursday, the Court consolidated the three cases in one and established oral arguments to examine the fundamental issue of whether district judges can issue decisions that affect the entire country.
The Court will listen to oral arguments for the case at 10 am on May 15, which is approximately two weeks after the court normally stops listening to oral arguments before its recess, which begins in July.

The precautionary measures at the national level are judicial orders that prevent the federal government from implementing a policy or law that has a waterfall that affects the entire country, not only the parties involved in the judicial case.
Since Trump’s return to the Oval office in January, his administration has faced Hunds of demands aimed at their orders and executive actions, some of which have resulted in a national mandate, key portions of storage of their agenda, including immigration and prosecutor.

In March, the Trump administration presented an emergency appeal of the Asremia Court to Nowrow three cautious that were issued to stop the cancellation of Trump’s birth law citizenship. The emergency appeal requested that the court order only cover the persons directly affected by the relevant courts.

The Active General Platricitor of the Administration, Sarah Harris, argued in the emergency appeal that precautionary measures throughout the country have reached the “epidemic proportions” under the second Trump administration, noting that the federal government faced anations in the first three ordered to 15 offers folding TIDS Trump administrator only in a month.
Beyond impacting the issue of birth law citizens for the children of illegal immigrants, the final decision of the court will probably have the even greater impact of finally responding to the limits of the power of federal judges to decide issues of national and international.
