Democrats love to accuse Republicans of politicizing current events, but that is exactly what happened last week doing. They are turning a wild narrative construction in false hoods, while conveniently ignoring the registered evidence.
Let’s start with the facts: Kilmar Abrego García was not deported by mistake. That was a lie inserted in a legal letter by a lawyer from the Department of Justice (Department of Justice) tailored. In 2019, not one, but two courts ruled that he was a member of MS-13 and in the country illegally. Duration of a bond hearing, the immigration judge found that Abgo García presented a danger to his community and that he failed to refute the evidence affirmed by his membership in MS-13. Despite the democrats of the Democrats, Garcia has received due process: his case has been reviewed and denied several times.
Garcia is not just a “Maryland” man, nor the perfect husband and father who portray the media. He is a citizen of El Salvador with a violent criminal record and links with a designated terrorist group. As of February 6, 2025, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Attorney General PAM Bondi designed MS-13 as a foreign terrorist organization under the immigration and nationality law (INA). Since that designation, Garcia no longer has any legal basic to remain in the United States or seek greater relief of immigration.

The recently order of the District Court that tried to order the return of García de El Salvador is illegal. In fact, any court order that forces the Executive Branch to commit to foreign power in a certain way is unconstitutional. The president, not by the courts, does not have foreign policy, and no federal judge has the constitutional authority to dictate how the president is involved with foreign nations. However, that is exactly what this order tried.
While the Democrats continue to sing “Bring him home,” ignore this key fact: Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador. It was not returned to El Salvador against judicial orders, it was eliminated in accordance with the principles of legal security and national pulmonary security. In fact, the immigration judge who granted García’s legal retention to El Salvador did it due to the credible persecution fear, not with respect to the fact that Garcia had a legal status in the United States, this form of relief does not grant a person reduction, or nority. In addition to all that, once MS -13 was designated as a terrorist group, Garcia immediately became intelligible for any relief of immigration.
Continuous Democrats to spend their entire political capital in an illegal foreigner with links with a designated terrorist organization, instead of defending their own components: US citizens. Case in question: In the first 50 days of the Trump administration, customs and immigration control (ICE) made 32,809 application trials, including more than 14,111 condemned criminals and about 1,000 criminal gangs. Instead of celebrating those victories, the Democrats have remained silent on the issue of border security.
When given the opportunity to protect Americans by supporting the Laas Riley Law, a draft law of common sense that strengthens sanctions for illegal criminal foreigners, 35 Democrats in the Senate and 156 Democrats in the Chamber voted against.

Where was the outrage of Senator Chuck Schumer when a 92 -year -old woman was raped and killed in Queens in 2020 by an illegal foreigner in Guyana who had already been arrested and released due to sanctuary policies? Where was Senator Richard Blumenthal when Casey Chadwick was killed in 2015 by Jean Jacques, an illegal foreigner of Haiti with a prior sentence for prior attempt of murder?
Perhaps the most shocking example is Senator Chris Van Hollen, who traveled thousands of miles and enhanced thousands of taxpayers’ dollars to enjoy a round of margaritas with a violent criminal. Last week, the diseases of Democratic legislators have spent more time tweeting on Garcia than they have spent or even recognizing any of the victims in their own districts.

Again and again, the Democrats show compassion only when illegal extraterrestrial immigrants are victims, but they resist all efforts to process and prevent crimes committed by them. Instead of recognizing the steps that President Trump has taken to ensure the country, they are still fixed in turning false narratives and undermining their administration at every step.
If Democratic legislators, as well as a fraction of their energy that defends American victims as defending Garcia, perhaps there could have been aimed at meaningless tragedies such as the murder of Laeken Riley and Rachel Morin. The priorities of the Democrats are clear. Fortunately, there are also the facts: Garcia’s elimination was not only justified, but was excessively.
